The residence offers the self-sufficient elderly, or those with some limitations, sheltered apartments where they can live safely thanks to the constant presence of a caregiver,

The facility has 17 apartments, extremely warm and comfortable, accommodating two people, but with the possibility of single use.
The square footage ranges from 38 to 42 square meters, and each accommodation has two single beds of variable height and electric, a private bathroom, a kitchen with a kitchenette, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and an emergency call system to request assistance in case of need.

Location
Residenza Aliverdi, in Ossago Lodigiano, is a building surrounded by greenery, but, at the same time, close to the town center. In fact, the main services can be easily reached on foot. In fact, a hairdresser, clothing store, bar, bank, church and post office are in the immediate vicinity.

At the same time, not far from Piacenza and Lodi and about thirty kilometers from Milan, the Residence is also convenient for family and friends who would like to visit. Visits by family members and friends are free and permitted at all times.
