Over Senior Residence Fonte Laurentina is a residence dedicated to all autonomous seniors or those with some frailty, eager to live the third and fourth age under the banner of sociality and security.

The residence is the ideal place where to make new friends, maintain their privacy and independence, but counting on the security of the staff always present.

There are 52 apartments within the Residence. Each two-room apartment, including a kitchenette, living area and private bathroom, is modern and functional, as well as designed to meet the needs of the Over.

The apartments offer the right mix between the desire for autonomy and the desire for sociability, providing common spaces such as a dining room and reading room, but leaving the freedom to use them as and when one wants and to live out one's habits by going out and inviting friends.
In addition, the residence is pet friendly, so 4-legged friends are also welcome.

Over Senior Residence Fonte Laurentina is located in the new neighborhood of the same name, more precisely at 8 Via Luigi de Marchi, near the Biomedical Campus.
